When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave our UK warehouse the same day. You'll receive a tracked delivery link by email.
Is delivery really free?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order over £50. Below that it's £3.95, and next-day delivery is £6.95.
Can I return something I've opened?
Yes. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers opened products — if it doesn't suit your skin, we refund you.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most are. Our soap bars, deodorants and shampoo bar are formulated without sulphates, aluminium or synthetic fragrance. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Lyriora is cruelty-free, and the majority of our range is vegan.
